Boxing Bournemouth - Childrens Boxing Fitness

After much demand Cornelius has set up A Childrens Class for ages 6 to 11. This class is to be held every Tuesday at 4:30pm to 5:30pm at the Pokesdown Gym - CLICK FOR MAP - The space in this class has nearly already been filled, but another class should be set up soon - please email for more details on this class and to register interest.

For the younger class the emphasis will be on footwork and boxing basics with some fun games to play during the class, this would all be a light introduction to boxing and will be NON CONTACT.

The Childrens boxing fitness are for an hour and cost £4.50 per session
