Cornelius Carr moved down to Bournemouth from his home town of Middlesbrough in 2001. Having dedicated his life to the world of boxing, Cornelius Carr proved that through hard work and dedication, anything is possible!

Having fought boxing greats of the likes of Steve Collins and Dingaan Thobela his illustrious career was at its peak when in 1999 he achieved a life long dream and became WBF Middle Weight Champion of the World in a hard fought battle against Manchester's Steve Foster.

Cornelius has now hung up his battered gloves, after a fantastic professional career of 39 fights with just only 4 defeats. Cornelius is now using his skill, dedication and experiences to help people succeed in THEIR personal fitness dreams.
